How to solve your problems and eliminate excessive worrying

Worry is a normal part of life. It is common to worry about things, however, once it becomes excessive and constant, it will cause many implications in your health and happiness in your daily life.

Research has shown that worrying will cause several health problems such as headaches, dizziness, difficulty making decisions, etc. Not only that, if left untreated, it will snowball and result in more severe mental issues like depression. Worrying often will stand in our way of achieving our goals as we expend more energy worrying instead of directing that energy towards our goals.

I used to be someone who worries a lot. For every situation, I will imagine and conceptualize multiple potential outcomes of the problem, worry about them, then worry about worrying about them, resulting in an endless spiral of worrying.
